Could The Son Of God Really Become Present In The Eucharist?

If you believe that God exists; If you believe that He created the universe out of nothing; If you believe that He appeared as a burning bush (Exodus 3:2); If you believe that He appeared as a hand (Daniel 5:5); If you believe that He appeared as a finger (Deut 9:10); If you believe that He became man; If you believe that He appeared as a dove (Mt 3:16, Mark 1:10, Lk 3:22, Jn 1:32); If you believe that He cured the sick; If you believe that He raised the dead; If you believe that He turned water into wine; If you believe that He was crucified, died, buried and He rose again from the dead; If you believe that He appeared as wind and tongues of fire (Acts 2:2-3)… 

Then why is it so hard to believe that he makes Himself present under the appearance of Bread and Wine in the Holy Eucharist?
